Introduction

Sell My Motorhome Yorkshire, operated under the parent company Grasscroft Associates Limited ("we", "us", or "our"), offers motorhome owners the opportunity to sell their vehicles directly to us. We buy motorhomes and sell them at our dealership located at Siddal Top Farm, Change Lane, Halifax, HX39ST.

Agreeing to the Terms

By selling your motorhome to us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with the sale.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United Kingdom to sell your motorhome to us. All information provided must be accurate, complete, and current.

Sale Process

We purchase motorhomes directly from owners. Upon agreeing to sell your motorhome to us, you are entering into a direct sale transaction with our dealership. We do not act as an agent or middleman.

Vehicle Information

You must provide accurate and complete information about your motorhome, including any defects, prior accidents, or insurance claims. It is your responsibility to disclose all pertinent information about the vehicle's condition.

Valuation and Payment

The valuation of your motorhome will be conducted by us, and the offered purchase price will be based on our assessment of the motorhome's condition, market value, and other relevant factors. Payment will be made according to the agreed terms upon completion of the sale.

Liability
